Start before the hottest days.

Spring is a useful time to plan cooling service, especially if the system struggled during the previous summer. Share what you noticed: weak airflow, rooms that stayed warm, unusual sounds or a system that ran continuously.

Central air or ductless?

Tell us whether your home uses central air, wall-mounted mini-splits or another cooling arrangement. Include the number of indoor units if you know it. There is no need to remove panels or inspect wiring.
